How we appeal to buyers & sell your home

During your listing appointment, your Listing Specialist will formulate a plan tailored to your property. Once a listing agreement is signed, staging will be arranged, photos will be scheduled, and our team will get to work on listing your home on the market.
Once your home is on the market, our marketing team will get to work on brochures, social media posts, and other promotional material. Your home's information will automatically feed into websites like Zillow and Homes.com, and property tours will begin.


Your home will see the most activity during its first weeks on the market. We'll collect feedback from the buyer's agents who show your home, as well as online performance data. Your Listing Specialist will work with you to make any necessary adjustments so your home is sold promptly for the highest price possible.
