When you sell your property with us, you can expect the highest professional standards. Beyond Properties agents take the following steps to ensure each sale runs smoothly and efficiently.

  1. Listing Sheet. A Beyond Properties agent will prepare this important document, which includes the pertinent information about your home—room sizes, price, personal property included, special features, taxes, mortgage information, lot size, etc. The listing sheet will be submitted to the Beyond Properties team of salespeople with ready buyers, as well as to our cooperating brokers in our Multiple Listing Service.
  2. For Sale Sign. A sign showing your agent’s name and telephone number will be promptly posted on your property. Inquiries will come directly to us, and we will promptly respond to all qualified calls.
  3. Photography. Photos will be taken of your property as soon as it is ready for sale. In conjunction with the listing sheet, photos are a great way to advertise the sale.
  4. Broker’s Tour. Shortly after listing your property, we will schedule a preview tour for our cooperating MLS salespeople. This is a great opportunity to provide your home early exposure to salespeople who may have interested buyers.
  5. Showings. Beyond Properties agents and our cooperating brokers will show your home. An appointment will always be made in advance. Upon arrival, the agent will hand you a business card if you are present or leave one if you are away. Prospective buyers will want to inspect your home with a minimum of distraction, and our agents will handle all the details for you.
  6. Follow-up on showings. Our agents will follow-up with buyers and/or other agents to establish interest and obtain feedback.
  7. Promoting your home. Every home is unique and each sale calls for a specific marketing plan, depending on price, location and other factors. Beyond Properties agents will review a thorough marketing plan with you.
